All providers are bound by data processing agreements compliant with GDPR. Some providers may process data outside the EU; where this happens, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

We apply technical and organizational security measures, including HTTPS encryption for all traffic, access controls limiting who can view waitlist data, and secure storage with reputable providers.
No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps. If you want to report a security concern, email contact@pulp-app.io.
If a data breach occurs that poses a risk to your rights, we will notify the French supervisory authority (CNIL) within 72 hours, as required by GDPR Article 33. Where the breach poses a high risk to you, we will also notify you directly and without undue delay.
